Welcome to Miss Dz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the wholesale and B2B purchase of our feminine hygiene products. By accessing our platform or placing a bulk order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Business Relationship (B2B)
Miss Dz is a B2B platform. By using this site, you confirm that you are purchasing products for professional use, resale, or distribution. These terms are governed by the commercial laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
2. Eligibility and Registration
To place wholesale orders, you must:
Be a legally registered business entity in your jurisdiction.
Provide accurate tax and commercial registration information if requested.
Maintain the confidentiality of your professional account credentials.
3. Products and Bulk Orders
All descriptions and wholesale pricing for Miss Dz sanitary pads are subject to change. We reserve the right to:
Set minimum order quantities (MOQ) for all transactions.
Limit total supply based on current manufacturing capacity.
Refuse orders that do not meet our wholesale criteria.
4. Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD)
For all B2B transactions within Algeria, the primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD).
Payment must be made in full at the moment of physical delivery.
We reserve the right to pause future shipments if a previous COD payment is refused or delayed.
All prices are quoted in DZD unless otherwise specified.
5. Shipping and Commercial Delivery
Deliveries are coordinated from our center in Constantine.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier or upon delivery to your warehouse.
Delivery timelines are estimates; Miss Dz is not liable for delays caused by national logistics or customs.
6. Return Policy (Hygiene & B2B)
Due to the sanitary and medical nature of our products, and in accordance with wholesale trade standards:
No Returns: Once the protective outer seal of a wholesale carton is broken, items cannot be returned.
Defects: Claims for manufacturing defects or shipping damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
Verification: Buyers are responsible for inspecting the pallet/carton integrity upon delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
"Miss Dz" and all associated branding are the property of our registered entity. Wholesale partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our brand assets (images and logos) solely for the purpose of reselling the products.
8. Limitation of Liability
Miss Dz provides products "as is" for distribution. We are not liable for:
Indirect loss of profits or business interruptions.
Misuse of products by the end-consumer.
Storage-related damage (e.g., humidity) occurring after the delivery is complete.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Constantine.
